Laurence, Helen and the team are extremely proud
of the numerous accolades the hotel has received.
The AA has for the last four years awarded the hotel 3 red
stars. The red star status is a wonderful acknowledgement
of the personal service, attention to detail and guests’
needs over and above the standard expected within 3 star hotels.
We have also continued to be recognised in the Good Hotel
Guide, as well as for 2008 being recommended by the prestigious
Mr & Mrs Smith guides.
These, and the many other guides who have rated the hotel
highly along with the many press reviews, are a great testament
to all the effort by the dedicated team with whom we work.
There has also been much discussion about the validity and
accuracy of many of the consumer travel review websites. However
probably the most accurate would be the site known as Tripadvisor.
This site is now widely used across the world and the reviews
give a broad and varied cross section of guest experiences.
